New here! I live in VA. We have a 6yr old that I have primary custody and dad has EOW lots of holiday time and week on week off in the summer. He and I get along great. Now my question is...i wasnt to move with significant other about an hour from my current town. My orders do not state i have to ask permission only give a 30 day notice. I gave dad this info 2 weeks ago and offered him extra weekends in exchange...he hasnt totally responded. anyone have any thoughts?
