Can it be the same
We have a special friendship with another couple. We both enjoy the sex and company alot. Recently, however, my husband, and the other female thought that they had developed feelings for each other. They both swear that it is over, and that it was all probably just infatuation, but after 19 years of marriage I am still suspicious. I dont want to lose my husband or my friendship. Is this possible to keep both

I think the fact that your husband shared his feelings with you and the lady was also willing to talk about the (okay, we'll call it "infatuation") bodes well for continuing the friendship. We don't think you need to quit seeing them to save your marriage; I think your communication will see to that.
I would suggest a calm discussion of your feelings with all four folks involved would be the best way to go to save this special and rare friendship. For now, the fact that they feel the "feelings" are over should enable you to relax and enjoy the further development of the friendship. There is still a need to talk it out, though.
