I have been with this man for 13 years and I have never had an orgasm. I fake it for him, but I am the only one that can make me cum. I am desperate and thinking of looking elsewhere. Any advice?

hm...There is one solution that I can think of in the top of my head.
When you are about to reach a climax( if you have one) wait for about 10 seconds and then revise back to either have sex or mastrubating.
If you still can't have a climax, talk to your partner about what you guys can do. Most women may feel like they can never have their orgasm
but at some point they will. Keep on trying someting new...they may also have a effect on your orgasm ability.
